This endpoint allows you to provide user and card information encrypted in JWE public key to initiate a card switch in a user's merchant account.
Call this endpoint after receiving the AUTHENTICATED webhook, which demonstrates the user has successfully authenticated to their account with a merchant and a card switch can now be performed. You'll have 15 seconds to send a request to this endpoint after receiving the AUTHENTICATED webhook.
