If you are currently a Knot customer, you should be able to log into your account’s Dashboard here. If you are having difficulties logging in, please reach out to your account’s administrator, or contact our support team at [email protected].
Your Knot Dashboard is where you will be able to see and manage your team members, create support tickets and see their status, access your API keys, and edit account information.
We will be adding more features to your dashboard soon!
In this section of your dashboard you can create new support tickets for our team to look into. You can also see the status of existing tickets, open and closed. Every time a ticket is created or updated, the creator of the ticket will receive an email update, so you can stay up to date on its resolution.
In this section of your dashboard you can see all your team members, add new ones to your account, or remove members. Each team member must have a role associated, between administrator or developer. The administrator who created the account initially will be the account owner and this setting cannot be changed.
In this section of your dashboard you can access the API keys for our sandbox testing environment, and for production.
Remember, secrets are secret!
Never share these keys publicly - if you need to share them with a team member, grant them access to the account dashboard so they can access your account keys in a safe way.
