Overview

Knot integrates directly with Q2 mobile banking so your cardholders can securely add their cards to merchants. Knot is listed in the Q2 marketplace, where you can request access directly. A typical implementation takes three to five weeks.
You can request third-party applications from the on behalf of your organization.

Setup

Request app access

In the Q2 Partner Catalog, click Request App and accept Q2’s agreements.

Inbound notification and agreement

Knot is notified of your request. The Knot team reaches out to finalize and submit the partnership agreement.

Q2 onboarding review

Q2 reviews and approves the onboarding request.

App configuration

You submit your navigation preferences, and Knot submits the technical app configuration.

Deployment

Q2 deploys the app into your environment.

Testing

Knot helps you test and validate that everything works correctly in production.

Go live

You enable the app for your full user base. The app goes live immediately in your mobile banking platform.
